    2 pks individual keebler pie crusts (6 per package)
    2 pkgs (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
    2 eggs lightly beaten
    2/3 c sugar divided
    2 tsp vanilla extract
    pinch of salt
    1 c sour cream


1. Beat cream cheese and eggs in mixing bowl on medium speed for one minute. Add 1/3 c sugar and 1 tsp vanila, and salt.
2. Beat well until smooth. Pour into crusts on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes until very lightly browned. Remove and allow to cool 10 minutes
3.In another bowl combine sour cream and remaining sugar and vanilla. Spread evenly over cheesecakes. Return to over for 10 minutes.
4. Remove and cool completely in fridge. Leave in fridge at least 3 hours. Top with 2 tbs cheeries.
Makes 12 individual servings.
