    Rinse and sort peas. Place in pot with 4 cups of water. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat, cover and let stand for 1 hour. Cut potatoes into cubes. Drain and rinse peas. Return peas to pot, cover with 4 cups of water. Add the rest of the ingredients, except green beans, spinach and bulgar wheat.. Steam fresh green beans for about 15 minutes and than run cold water over them to stop cooking. They should still have snap to them. Allow saugage time to cook through, remove, cool, cut into small peices and return to pot. Allow to simmer until peas are as soft as desired. Add bulgar wheat and stir to combine. Add green beans and spinach and cook until spinach has wilted.

6 cloves Garlic, finely diced
1 large Potato, with skin, cubed
1 can Diced Tomatoes
1 cup raw black eyed peas
1 tsp Beef or Chicken Base
2 cups fresh Spinach
2 cups fresh Green Beans (snap)
1 cup Bulgar Wheat
4 cups Water
24 Hillshire Farm Beef Litíl Smokies
2 tsp Black Pepper
2 tsp Kosher salt
