    -2 tbsp of olive oil
    -4 big carrots(slice)
    -1 big cauliflower
    -1 broccoli stalk
    -1.5 cup of snow peas(cut in two)
    -1 green bell pepper(dicced)
    - 1/2 cup of Kraft Zesty Italian dressing
    -soy sauce


-In a big frying pan, put the olive oil
-add in the order noted, and cook until desire consitance
- Add the dressing, let shimmer a minute or two
Serve with spaghetti and add soya sauce to taste
