    * Jalapeno Peppers, 10 peppers
    * Flour, white, 1 Tbs
    * Breadcrumbs, Panko Plain, 2 Tbs
    * Chili powder, 1 Tbsp
    * Ground Cumin, 1 tsp
    * Salt, 1/8 tsp
    * Low fat cream cheese, 8 oz
    * Roasted Garlic, 5 clove


Remove top of jalapeno and slit down one side, remove seed and veins.

in a flat bottom bowl, whisk one egg
put the flour in another bowl
in another small bowl mix breadcrumbs with chili powder & cumin
mix roasted garlic with cream cheese

Fill each pepper with cream cheese mixture, squeeze slit closed and scrape away any excess cheese that seeps out.

Roll peppers in flour, dip in egg and roll in bread crumbs.

Evenly space peppers slit side up in a small baking pan, press any remaining breadcrumbs onto the peppers. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt.

Bake for 30+ minutes, until peppers soften.
