This is fast and easy to make and it tastes so super good! This is fast and easy to make and it tastes so super good!

Ingredients

    1/2 cup vanilla soy milk
    1/2 cup lowfat vanilla yogurt
    1 cup frozen mixed berry fruits

Directions

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend till smooth and creamy. I add in some benefiber too- it ups your fiber intake!!
