    Tuna, Canned in Water, 2 cans undrained
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Celery, raw, 2 cup, diced
    Cream of Celery Soup, low fat, 1 can
    Mushrooms, canned, 1 can undrained
    Peas and carrots, frozen, 1 cup
    egg noodles, cooked, 6-8 oz
    1/2 cup bread crumbs (add dash of olive oil, garlic powder, and paprika)


Sauté celery and onions while cooking noodles to al denté. Mix tuna with soup, add mushrooms and peas/carrots. Add a little water if too thick. Drain pasta and add it in. Pour into baking dish and bake for 30 minutes @ 350. Then cook an additional 5 minutes under broiler after you sprinkle the bread crumb mixture over the top.
