    3 lbs ground turkey
    3 eggs
    1 cup bread crumbs
    1/2 cup shredded asiago 3-cheese blend
    6 cloves garlic, chopped
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1 tbs onion powder
    1 tbs Tony Chachere's Creole seasoning


In a large bowl mix ground turkey and eggs throroughly.
Add garlic, black pepper, onion powder, and creole seasoning and mix throroughly.
Add cheese and bread crumbs and mix throroughly.
Roll into 48 about walnut sized balls.
Place on baking sheets spaced about an inch apart.
Bake at 400 degrees until cooked through.
Then serve as desired.
If freezing allow to cool throroughly before bagging and placing in freezer.
