    434g Strawberries
    180g Raspberries
    160g Blueberries
    1/2 cup Brown Sugar Packed

    3/4 cup 2% Milk
    1/3 cup Corn Oil
    2 medium egg
    1 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

    1 1/2 cup flour
    2 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
    1/2 tsp salt

    1 cup oats
    1/4 cup Brown Sugar
    2 tbsp Butter


Mix berries with brown sugar, place in slightly Pam coated 13" rectangle pan

Mix milk, corn oil, egg & vanilla extract

Mix flour, baking powder & salt

Gradually add dry mixture to liquid, mix well then cover the berry mixture

Mix oats,brown sugar & butter until crumbly texture sprinkle evenly on cake batter

Bake at 350 until done.
