Ingredients

    Spaghetti squash or french style green beens replace the Noodles.


    * Tomato Sauce, 1 cup
    * Tomato Paste, 0.5 cup
    * Mushrooms, canned, .5 cup
    * Ground beef, lean, 16 oz
    * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    * Garlic, 3 clove
    * Spaghetti Squash, 3 cup
    * Parmesan Cheese, grated, 4 tbsp

Directions

brown burger and onion and garlic in a frying pan, add to sauce and paste in a pot. cook squash in micro wave by cutting in half and covering with wrap. micro wave 15 min or till done. Or heat green beans from pan under hot water. serve.
