Try this with grilled fish or chicken - guaranteed to kick the flavor waaaay up! Try this with grilled fish or chicken - guaranteed to kick the flavor waaaay up!
Number of Servings: 2


    1 cup chopped mango
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. chopped fresh (or dried ground) sage
    1 tbs. fresh rosemary leaves
    2 tbs. chopped sweet onion
    juice from 1/4 lemon
    1 tbs. chipotle in adobo


Mix all the ingredients together in a non-metal bowl. Refrigerate for 1 hour to let flavors blend. Serve over or beside grilled fish, chicken or pork.
[Note: you can substitute any fruit for mango - I make this with blueberries, with oranges, with pineapple. Try it with your favorite!]
