    1.5 c uncooked penne pasta
    1 lbs ground pork
    .5 c chopped onion
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    1 tsp Italian Seasoning
    1 Medium zucchini chopped
    1 bell pepper
    2 c broccoli
    2 carrots
    2 celery stalks


cook pasta
at the same time cook meat, onions and carrots in a skillet
add rest of vegetables including the canned tomato and tomato sauce
add seasoning
boil the mix and then reduce heat and cover for 5 minutes to let the flavors mix
Drain pasta, add to skillet (if you have room, if not I like to mix it all in a casserole dish)
Stir in Zucchini
Cover and cook for 3 more minutes until zucchini is crisp tender
