    2 cups cook rotini
    1 can cut green beans, drained
    1 can carrots, drained
    8 oz cubed ham
    1 cup cheddar cheese
    1 cup fat free evaporated milk
    salt and pepper


cook rotini until tender. Mix in all other ingredients and pour into greased 8x8 pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
