Ingredients

    Extra Virgin Olive Oil Filippo Berio, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    Garlic, 2 cloves (remove)
    *all purpose flour, 20 gram(s) (remove)
    *Mrs. Dash Onion & Herb Seasoning Blend, 0.25 tsp (remove)
    *Beef Stew Meat, 17 oz (remove)
    Village Farms Bell Peppers orange, 100 gram(s) (remove)
    Village Farms Bell Peppers yellow, 70 gram(s) (remove)
    Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 261 gram(s) (remove)
    Sun Dried Tomatoes, .125 cup (remove)
    *Ketchup, Heinz, 5 tbsp (remove)
    Tomato Sauce, 1 cup (remove)

Directions

cut everything into bite size pieces
Brown onion and Garlic in 1 T EVOO set aside
Brown beef dredged in flour and Mrs Dash in 1 T EVOO
add Peppers, Onions and Garlic, Tomatoes, Ketchup and Tomato Sauce.
Cook in covered Casserole Dish in Oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until beef is tender.
This may also be cooked in a Slow Cooker for 6 to 8 hours
Serve over Pasta or Rice (not included in Calorie count)
