Ingredients

    1 medium onion
    1 clove garlic
    2 tsp canola oil (1 for sauce, 1 for spaghetti)
    1 tin Ardmona whole peeled tomatoes (400g)
    1 tub Ardmona tomato paste with basil & garlic (150g)
    1/2 tsp basil
    pinch of salt
    pinch of pepper
    1 tbsp sugar
    300gm spaghetti
    2 tsp parmesan cheese (if desired)
    50gms frozen peas (if desired)

Directions

1) Chop onion & garlic & cook in oil in microwave for 2 mins on high
2) Add tomatoe paste, pinch of salt, pepper, basil, & sugar & mix.
3) Add tin of tomatoes, cut and squash.
4) Add small cup of beef stock & stir.
5) Cook on high for 5 minutes & stir.
6) Cook on power level 6 for 15 minutes & stir.
7) Cook on power level 5 for 10 minutes. Should be glossy & soft to serve.
8) Cook spaghetti in the last 15 minutes in boiling water with pinch of salt & tsp oil.
9) Rinse & serve with peas & cheese if desired.
