Delicious, low fat and so easy to cook. Delicious, low fat and so easy to cook.
Number of Servings: 4


    Chicken breast - 400g
    Mustard - 2 tsp
    Mixed herbs (dried and ground Thyme, Marjoram, Parsley, Oregano, Sage and Basil) - 1 tbsp
    Salt - approx 6 dash
    Pepper - approx 6 dash
    Lemon juice - 3 tbsp
    Garlic (crushed) - 6 cloves
    Onion - 1 large


Combine all ingredients and marinate chicken.
Cover in foil and roast in oven for about 1 hour.
I recommend adding veggies such as carrots, celery and potatoes, roasting them together with the chicken (calories/nutrients not included).
