Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    .5 tbsp - Oregano, ground
    .5 tbsp - Basil
    2 cups Onions, raw, chopped
    1 lb - Ground turkey, 93% lean
    8 cups - Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free
    5 cups - Tortellini, pasta with cheese filling
    1 tbsp - balsamic or red wine vinegar
    3.5 cups - Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added

Directions

Brown onion and turkey in a large soup pot coated with cooking spray. Add vinegar to deglaze pan. Cook until the vinegar is almost completely evaporated. Add basil and oregano and cook for 1 more minute. Add tomatoes and broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Add tortellini and pepper. Cook for another 10 minutes. Makes 7 1-cup servings. Each serving is 10 Weight Watcher Points Plus Points.
