Ingredients

    * Shrimp, cooked, 16 oz
    * Fettucini Noodles, 1 lb
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    * Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
    * Pepper, red or cayenne, .1/2 tsp
    * *Flour, white, 2 TBSP
    * Milk, nonfat, 1 cup
    * *College Inn Chicken Broth - 99% Fat Free, 1 cup
    * Salt, 1 tsp
    * Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp
    * Broccoli, fresh, 2 bunch

Directions

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. When boiling, add a teaspoon of salt and throw in the pasta. Cook pasta until done usually about 10 minutes minutes.

While the pasta is cooking, make the sauce. In a huge skillet, heat the olive oil, garlic, flour,salt, and cayenne, over medium heat !

Gently whisk in the milk. Bring the skillet to a boil and allow the sauce to cook for one minute, whisking constantly.

Reduce heat to low and add the shrimp, parsley flakes, and broccoli. Cook thoroughly until the shrimp is hot and the broccoli is tender.

Drain the cooked pasta and put it directly into the big skillet with the sauce, tossing to coat. Serve!
