    4-6 hot dogs
    2 T oil
    4 large carrots
    2-3 stalks celery
    1 onion, sliced
1 cup cabbage, finely chopped or shredded
Garlic Powder, salt & pepper to taste
1 cup white rice (measured pre-cooking)

Yield 4-5 servings

Julienne hot dogs, set aside. Cut carrots into narrow slices, cutting each slice in half. Cut celery into thin slices. Half onion and slice into thin half-moons. Chop cabbage finely.

Heat oil in large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the vegetables and stir-fry for at least 5 minutes, or until the onions begin to turn tender. Add hot dogs, stirring until meat browns slightly. Season with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Add about 2-3 T of water to the wok, stirring quickly until the water evaporates. Serve over cooked rice.
