    1 red bell pepper
    1 red onion
    1/2 cup chickpeas
    12 halved kalamata olives
    4 tsp. olive oil
    1/4 tsp. salt
    cumin to taste


Stir together thinly sliced pepper, thinly sliced onion, chickpeas, olives, olive oil, salt and cumin. I use this with fish of any kind and steam them in foil packets.
