    2 cans dark red kidney beans
    1 can cannelini beans
    4 small cans green chile
    1 can diced red tomato
    1 white onion, diced
    6 cups broth/boullion
    3 tsp minced garlic
    2 tsp ground cumin


in a large pot, saute onion and garlic with pam
when softened add remaining ingredients, reserving half the can of cannelinin beans
with the flat part of a knife, squash the reserved beans into a paste and then add to soup, this will thicken the soup instead of adding flour or cornstarch
bring to boil, then remove from heat
serve with cilantro or shredded cheese if desired.
