    .25 cup - parm cheese
    .25 cup - breadcrumbs
    1 tablespoon - parsley
    1 large egg white
    4 Perdue Chicken Breasts
    1 Tablespoon Butter
    1 Tablespoon - Balsamic Vinegar
    .25 Cup - R/Fat Mozz Cheese


Combine 2 T of parmesan, breadcrumbs, parsley, basil. Place egg white is shallow dish. Dip each chicken in egg white, dredge in breadcrumb mixture. Melt butter. Add chicken; cook 3 mins on each side or done. Set aside.

Combine pasta sauce, vinegar to microwave safe bowl. Cover with plastic wrap; vent. Microwave for 2 mins. Pour sauce over chicken in pan. Sprinkle with rest of Parm cheese and mozz cheese. Broil for two mins or until cheese melts - wrap handle of pan with foil.
