A filling and quick family favourite .... A filling and quick family favourite ....
Number of Servings: 6


    350 grams ham (sliced into strips)
    350 grams mushrooms (sliced)
    1 medium onion (diced)
    2 tps garlic (crushed)
    1 tps margarine
    2 tps vegta gourmet stock
    250ml white wine (I used chardonnay)
    600ml cream (light thicken)


In a large non stick saucepan heat margarine,garlic &onions and cook.until soft.
Add stock and white wine and reduce slightly .
Then add ham and sliced mushrooms.
Allow mushrooms to soften slightly.
stir in cream and allow to simmer.
Put pasta in salted boiling water and cook to taste
Drain pasta and stir through cream sauce.
Add cracked black pepper to taste and stir the pasta and sauce through well and serve hot.
Makes 6 serves
