    1 cup ice
    1 cup skim milk
    1 tbsp peanut butter
    1 medium banana
    1 scoop chocolate protein powder
    1/2 cup coffee


Put all ingredients in a blender. It's best to break the banana into small pieces first, and allow the coffee time to cool a bit.
