Ingredients

    1/2 cup Soy milk, plain
    1/4 cup Oatmeal, old fashioned
    1/2 cup orange juice
    1 half of a small (6") banana
    1/2 cup frozen, unsweetened strawberries
    1/2 cup frozen, unsweetened blue berries
    1 T. milled flax seed

Directions

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

I suggest using a VitaMix blender. Awesome blender.
