    # *Roast Beef - Slice, 32 oz , sliced into small bite size
    Beef low sodium broth, 1.75 cups
    # Mushrooms, fresh, 4 cups, chopped
    # sweet raw onion, 1.5 cups, chopped
    # Yogurt Greek Plain, 1.25 serving
    # Kroger Fat Free Sour Cream, 14 servings
    # Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Whole Grain Extra Wide Noodles, 3 pkgs


Cook the noodles. While they cook, in a large sauce pan, combine broth, mushrooms, onions, and cook till soft. Add beef and stir. Add yogurt and sour cream. When noodles are cooked, drain and serve. I sprinkled parmesan cheese on top. makes 18 servings.
