    1 can of tuna
    fat-free Saltine crackers (about 6)
    1 medium egg


Crumble crackers until they are well-ground. Combine with tuna and egg and roll into balls.

Place balls onto hot skillet and flatten into a patty shape with a spatula. Cook until both sides are golden brown.

Serve with lemon juice and ketchup.

Makes 2 tuna patties.
