    1 lb. extra lean ground beef
    1/4 cup Italian style bread crumbs
    1/3 cup 2% milk
    1 large egg
    1 Tbsp basil
    1 tsp oregano
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    1 small can sliced black olives
    8 oz mozzarella cheese (block)
    1 small jar Prego Spaghetti Sauce


Heat oven to 350*
1. Mix ground beef, egg, milk, breadcrumbs and seasonings until well blended
2. Divide beef mixture into 12 muffin cups
3. Using a shot glass, press beef mixture into muffin cups to form cups
4. Cut mozzarella cheese into cubes and place 2 cubes in each beef cup
5. Spoon 2 Tbsp of spaghetti sauce over each beef cup
6. Bake in 350* oven for 20-30 minutes, until meat is completely cooked

** Can also add mushrooms or black olives to each cup before adding the spaghetti sauce (not included in the nutritional information)

2 meatballs = 1 serving
