    * Ronzoni Smart Pasta - Thin Spaghetti, 8 oz
    * Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 breast, bone and skin removed
    * Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped
    * Smart Balance, Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread, 3 Tbsp,
    * *Hidden Valley Ranch Powder, 1 tsp
    salt and pepper to taste


boil noodles, while they are boiling cut chicken into bite size pieces, chop onion and peppers too. saute peppers and onions in 1 tbls smart balance, set aside. sprinkle ranch on chicken. cook chicken with 2 tbls smart balance all the way through add pepper mixture. drain noodles when done and add to chicken. add salt and pepper to taste.
