    1 box Barilla Plus Farfalle
    3 links turkey italian sausage
    4 cloves garlic minced
    crushed red pepper to taste
    1 head broccoli rabe, coarsley chopped
    1/2 cup unslated chicken stock
    1/2 tsp kosher salt
    1/2 cup part skim ricotta cheese
    1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese


Prepare pasta according to package directions. In large skillet heat olive oil over med/hi heat. remove casing from sausage and brown in oil, breaking up. Add garlic and crushed red pepper and cook for 2 - 3 min longer. Add chicken stock and bring to boil. Add broccoli rabe and salt. Cover and lower to simmer for several minutes until broccoli rabe wilts. Stir in ricotta and parmesan, blend well until cheese is melted. Toss with drained pasta and enjoy!
