    1pound-Lean Hamburger
    2 cans diced tomatoes
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 small onion
    1 cup water
    1 cup elbow noodles
    1 can black beans
    1 tbsp cumin
    3 tbsp chili powder
    1 tbsp oregano
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp red pepper flakes


1. Cook hamburger until done
2. Add in all other ingrediants.
3. Cook until noodles are tender.

Serve with low cal cheese and crackers if you'd like.

Makes about 8 1-cup servings.
