    2 cups water
    1 cup oat groats
    1 TBSP cocoa powder
    1 TBSP brown sugar


Add oat groats and water to a pot and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Turn heat to low and cover. Let sit for 45 minutes.

Remove from stove. Add cocoa powder and sugar and stir til well mixed.


Note: You can add a splash of milk to make it creamier if you wish.

Note: Oat Groats are naturally sweeter tasting than rolled oats so you don't need to add any sugar if you don't want to. I add it because I need the calories.
