    1/4 lemon
    2 T. cranberries (fresh or frozen - thawed)

    Very Good
    Drink this twice a day and eat a low fat meal twice a day.....you will lose weight fast! Add fresh vegs. and fruit for snack two times a day. I lost 6lbs. in four days and kept it off. - 9/20/11
