    10 thawed boneless skinless chicken breast tenderloins, cooked and cut up
    1 cup mashed potatoes
    1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1 roll of crescent roll SHEET (no divisions)


Cut dough sheet into squares about 2&1/2 inches to fit into sprayed muffin pan. Place dough squares into muffin pan forming a cup. Spoon mashed potatoes into bottom of cup, then sprinkle some chicken in each cup and top with cheese to each cup. Bake for about 15 minutes or until dough begins to brown.

  • Was wondering about the temps and also the calorie count. the Crescent dough sheet, divided by 6, yields 120 calories with nothing in them. Can you let me know how you got your calorie count? - 1/26/11
