I love this guac. It never comes out the same each time because of the avocados. ALWAYS start with fresh, ripe avocados. You can alter this recipe to be more mild or spicier. I love this guac. Ingredients

    6 large, ripe Hass avocados, halved, pitted, peeled, diced
    1 firm and ripe tomato, cored and chopped (about 1 cup)
    1/3 cup minced red onion
    3 cloves garlic, finely minced
    1/2-1 jalapeno chili, seeded, derribed, and finely minced
    2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
    2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
    1/4 cup sour cream
    1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce
    1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
    1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Mix all well and serve immediately!
