    Stew beef, 1.5 lbs
    Brooks chili hot beans, 15.5 oz can
    Tomato Sauce, 8 oz can
    La Mas Rica diced tomatoes and green chilis, 14.5 oz can
    Hominy, 15.5 oz can
    Beans, red kidney, 15.5 oz can
    Brown Sugar, 4 tsp packed
    Chili powder, 3 tbsp
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Green bell pepper, raw, .5 cup chopped
    Garlic, 1 clove minced
    Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
    Onion powder, 1 tbsp
    salt & pepper to taste


Season stew beef with salt and pepper and sear in a skillet sprayed with non-stick spray. Transfer beef to pressure cooker and cover with water. Cook for about 30 min. (or stew as normal). While beef is cooking in pressure cooker, brown chopped onions and bell pepper in a large pot also using non-stick spray. Add minced garlic and continue to brown for 1 -2 minutes. Add all other ingredients and bring to boil. Reduce to simmer and add cooked stew beef. Simmer for 30 minutes to 1 hour. (All seasonings are approx. and subject to taste). Enjoy.
