Introduction

Easy Crock pot soup! Easy Crock pot soup!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 lb. ground beef
    chopped onion and salt to taste
    1 24 oz. can tomatoes
    1 12 oz. can corn
    1 10 oz. can Rotel tomatoes
    3 - 14 or 15 oz. cans kidney beans
    1 pkg - 1 1/4 oz. taco seasoning mix
    1 pkg - 1 oz. envelope Hidden Valley Ranch Salad dressing and seasoning mix.

Directions

I use a crock pot for this recipe just add ingrediants and leave it alone! Let it simmer on low as long as you like. Serve when hot.

Brown ground beef and onions in sauce pan.
Drain and add to crock pot.
While cooking beef and onions, start opening cans and adding all ingrediants to crock pot including both seasoning mixes.

Heat through and serve.
1 1/2 cups = 2 weight watcher points per serving!

  • Excellent! I got a piece of the Weight Watcher Cheddar Cheese (1 point) and broke into little pieces on top of it, melted real nice in the soup, it came out thicker for me, like a chili almost.. Very filling! - 4/6/10
