    6 boneless pork chops
    1 package Hidden Valley Ranch
    1/4 cup bread crumbs
    1 large egg
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1 can low fat cream of mushroom soup
    Splash white wine


Heat oven to 350. Mix ranch packet and bread crumbs in a bowl, set aside. Whisk egg in a separate bowl (can use just whites), set aside. Dredge chops in egg then ranch mix and put in hot pan. Brown each side and put in a baking dish and cover with foil. Bake for 30 minutes. While chops are in the oven mix cream of mushroom soup and wine (can sub water or broth) and mix. Pour over chops and cover with foil and bake for 15-20 minutes. Enjoy!
