    1 jalopeno, sliced
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1/2 med onion of your choice, chopped
    2 zucchini, sliced
    1 med summer squash, sliced
    cooking spray
    about 8 oz of any salsa of your choice
    frozen 12 oz bag of corn


Spray skillet with cooking spray to cover. add all other ingredients except corn. cook covered, stirring occasionally for 10 minutes. add corn, cover and cook another 10 minutes or until everything is heated through. You can add spices if you would like or garlic as well.
