Ingredients

1can drained and rinsed black beans
1 can fiesta style corn
2 cups picante sauce
1 cup Mozzerella cheese
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 tsp cilantro
1 tsp cumin
5 flour tortillas (10 inch)
Directions
preheat oven to 350*. Combine beans, corn, picante sauce, cilantro and cumin. Place one Tortilla onto baking sheet layer with 1/4 of the bean mix and 1/4 of the cheese top with tortilla. Continue with next 3 layers. Bake for 25-35 min until tortilla is light golden brown.
