    12 Swaggerty's Sausage Patties
    1 Box Swanson Lower Sodium Beef Broth (32 Oz.)
    2 Cans Black Beans (15.5 Oz Ea)
    2 Cans Black Eye Peas (15.5 Oz Ea)
    1 Can Red Gold Premium Diced Tomatoes (28 Oz.)
    6 Celery Stalks, Diced
    1.5 Onion, Diced
    10 Sprigs Parsley, Diced
    5 Carrots, Peeled & Diced
    4 Sweet Corn Ears, Shucked, Cut off the cob, & Milked


Dump everything, except the sausage, into a large stockpot.
Turn on high heat and let come up to a boil.
Meanwhile, in a microwave steamer, steam the sausages in the basket until cooked all the way through.
You will have to do the sausages in two batches.
Crumble cooked sausage patties up and drop into the soup (Less Fat In The Soup This Way)
Makes 10 Large Servings
I freeze mine in the 2 Cup Ziploc bowls with twist on lids.
Makes a nice lunch or a light supper.
