    1 Egg White
    .5 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    .5 oz Shredded Swiss Cheese
    1 Tablespoon Olive Oil


Beat together 1 large egg and 1 egg white; Heat Olive Oil in Omelet or small frying pan; Add eggs and let set; Sprinkle cheeses on one half; Fold Eggs over cook until golden brown, flip and cook other side.
