Awesome take on this normally meaty dish, I have a secret passion for nachos in many forms. This one was super, and well liked by the whole family. Also like the chips being separate for ease of portion control! - 5/1/09

awesome! I liked that this nacho recipe, unlike others, excluded the chips, making those optional or portion controlled, for me. - 3/2/08
