    * *Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup (remove)
    * *Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched, 0.5 cup (remove)
    * Baking Soda, 0.5 tsp (remove)
    * Butter, unsalted, .5 cup (remove)
    * Granulated Sugar, .5 cup (remove)
    * Brown Sugar, .75 cup, packed (remove)
    * Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
    * Molasses, .25 cup (remove)
    * Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * choc chips mini, 125 gram(s) (remove)


Combine the flours, baking soda, and salt. Using an electric mixer, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Beat in the eggs, molasses, and vanilla. Stir in the flour mixture and then stir in the chocolate chips. Chill dough for at least 30 min., preheat the oven to 400 degrees while dough is chilling.

On lined (I use Silpat pads) cookie sheets, drop cookies (I find ice cream scoop easy for even sizes). Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
