    24oz diced cooked chicken breast
    2 cups Minute instant brown rice; uncooked
    18oz frozen baby broccoli florets
    2-(10oz cans) Campbell's 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
    8oz of Cheez whiz
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/4 cup melted butter
    1/2 tsp worchestershire sauce
    1/2 cup skim mik


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Spray 9x13 pan with non-stick cooking spray.
3. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.
4. Pour into pan. Cover with foil.
5. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 15 minutes more until all liquid is absorbed and top is slightly browned.
6. Eat & enjoy!
