    Basil, 4 tbsp
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp ()
    *Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry, (.75 cup)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 3 cup, chopped or sliced ()
    Feta Cheese, 0.333 cup, crumbled ()
    Salt and pepper to taste


Cook the quinoa

chop up the tomatoes and tear up the basil while it's cooking.

Once quinoa is cooked stir in the tomatoes and basil while it's cooking. Add the feta and salt and pepper.

Serve warm. Reheats great!
