    1 Pkg Devil's Food Cake mix
    1 can pure pumpkin
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
    1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
    1/4 tsp ground cayenne pepper
    Confectioners sugar (for dusting)


Preheat oven to 350. Prepare muffin tins with paper liners or non stick cooking spray.
Combine all ingreadients in large mixing bowl and beat with electric mixer until well combined. Fill muffin tins approx. 2/3 full. Bake for 20 - 22 min until cupcakes spring back to light touch and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from tins and allow to cool completely on wire rack. Dust with confectioner's sugar.
Yields 20 - 24 cupcakes.
