Ingredients

    16 oz Low Fat Sour Cream
    8 oz Velveeta, Reduced Fat, cubed
    Can of Cream of Mushroom, Reduced Fat
    Can of Cream of Chicken, Reduced Fat
    Ore-Ida Southern Style Hasbrowns, 32 0z
    1 Can of Light Beer

Directions

Place all ingredients except beer in slower cooker and cook on low for 4 hours. Stir in a can of beer and cook until warm.

May serve woth bacon bits, spring onions and a dollop of sour cream that is not calculated in the nutrional info,
