    4 oz. spaghetti noodles
    2 Tbsp olive oil
1.25 lbs sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
    1 garlic clove
    1 tsp ground ginger
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    dash cayenne pepper
1 yellow or red pepper, roughly chopped
    1/2 cup onion, sliced
    3/4 tsp beef bouillon granules
    3/4 c. hot water
    1 Tbsp cornstarch
1/4 c. reduced sodium corn starch
    1/4 c. cold water
    1/2 tsp sugar

In a medium saucepan, cook noodles according to package directions; drain and set aside.
In a large skillet or wok over medium heat, add oil. Once hot, add steak and garlic and brown meat for 3 minutes. Add ginger, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper and cook for 3 minutes more or until meat is almost cooked through; remove meat and keep warm. Add bell pepper and onion to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until crisp tender. Dissolve bouillon in hot water; add to skillet. In a small bowl, combine cornstarch, soy sauce, cold water and sugar; stir into skillet. Add meat, cooked noodles and kale and cook, stirring often, for 5 minutes or until mixture boils. Serve immediately.

Makes 6 1.25 cup servings.
