    1 fresh egg
    1/4 c. onion chopped
    1/4 c. fresh or canned mushrooms
    1/4 c. frozen spinach leaf
    1/4 c. lean ham chopped
    spray oil


satuee vegetables in frying pan with spray oil; then add ham.
whip egg in small bowl with a couple drops of water:; add to
vegetable & ham mixture.
heat corn tortilla's with spray oil in pan ; fry on both sides then add egg mixture then serve makes 1 serving
