Ingredients

    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    boneless, skinless chicken breast, 16 oz , cubed
    Chili powder, 4 tsp
    Cumin, ground 2 tsp
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    *Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup (98% fat free), 1.25 cup (1 can)
    Water, tap, 3/4 cup
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1.5 cup kernels
    *Bush’s Best Cannellini Beans (White Kidney Beans), 30 oz (2 15 ounce cans) well drained
    2 tbsp shredded low fat cheddar, if desired

Directions

Heat the oil in a 4-quart saucepan over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken, chili powder, cumin and onion and cook until the chicken is cooked thorugh and the vegetables are tender, stirring often.
Stir in the soup, water, corn and beans in the saucepan and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 5 minuites, stirring occasionally, sprinkle with cheese.
